Zach has always believed that life is about finding the path that feels true to who you are. For him, that journey began on the golf course. He played professionally in the United States, but soon realized the lifestyle wasn’t what he had imagined.
In 2004, after some deep reflection, Zach returned to Canada to start fresh. Real estate felt like a natural next step. He’d grown up surrounded by the industry, and it offered the perfect balance of his two passions: helping people and working with finance. That’s how Silverman Mortgage Group was born.
Over the years, Zach discovered that the most rewarding part of his work wasn’t just securing mortgages, it was connecting with people, understanding their goals, and being part of their journey to homeownership. That commitment has shaped everything the team does.
In 2025, Silverman Mortgage Group evolved into Inspired Mortgage. The rebrand reflects more than just a new name, it represents the belief that a mortgage is bigger than numbers on a page. It’s a strategy for growth, a tool for empowerment, and a way to create opportunities that can change lives.
